What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, MasterCard and Solo

When making a payment using your debit or credit card, please ensure your name and billing address matches the card holder address details held by your card issuer

We also accept payment via PayPal and in some cases banking transfer (must be approved by a member of staff)

Do you offer payment plan?

Unfortunately we do not have this option available, however we will have this option available in the near future 

How long does it take to process my order? 

All orders are processed within 10 working days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is processed we will ship your goods out either by standard delivery or next day delivery

*All Orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed by 12PM at the latest to be eligible for this service. Orders placed after 12PM for Next Day Delivery will be processed for the next working day*

Disclaimer: Some items may not be eligible for next day delivery as items may not be in stock and will take up to 10 working days to process. Larger packages will be liable to pay an additional fee 

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s)

Disclaimer: MAO Hair Maison LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

What happens if my goods are damaged?

MAO Hair Maison LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file a claim

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it. If an item(s) is damaged, please send supporting evidence to hairmaisonltd@gmail.com

We have a 7 day return policy if your goods has a defect, you must report the defect within 7 days after receiving your goods

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

If eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

A member of the team will look into the case to determine the best solution, an option will be given to the client either a replacement of the same product(s) or an exchange of another product at the equivalent value

Please note the shipping fee must be covered by the client if the replacement option is desired. Please allow up to 5 working days for your enquiry to be resolved ​ 

Can I return my goods?

All items are non refundable. If there are any issues you may be eligible for an exchange. If an exchange has been accepted, the original order must be returned to MAO Hair Maison, once the package has been received your replacement order will be sent within 7 working days. If it has exceeded more than 10 working days after the approval of your exchange, please contact us at hairmaisonltd@gmail.com

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
